Accommodation :
When i reach Auckland, i stayed in JJ house backpacker.
It's very nice and i can meet a lot of new friends.
Jeremy is a nice owner and he likes to chat with us :D

Transportation : Before u reach Auckland airport, u can try to find ppl to fetch u.

Work : Everyone worries about the work. Basically, it's quite easy to find work. U can get some info about the work. So when u arrive NZ, u can straight away call them.

Phone: U can buy either Vodafone or 2 Degree. U can get FREE sim card of 2 degree at i- site. However, Vodafone, u got to buy it.

Clothing and bag

I bought Deuter backpack 55 +10 ,RM530 and a small backpack for daily usage.
Normally girl will bring luggage bag and guy will bring backpack.
If you don't want carry bag then u can bring luggage.

Before depart to NZ

This year working holiday visa finished so fast.
Fortunately ,I applied on the first day .


1)WHV :Go to here to get all the info about Working Holiday Visa (WHV)

2) Driving License :When you get the visa then you need to translate your driving license at JPJ.
It costs you RM 10. You just tell them want to translate into English because you want to go oversea. It takes you 10 mins to get it done.

3)Bank draft : Because we need to bring $ 2250 over there. So you can do the bank draft in your bank. It's like a cheque. It can be done wiithin half and hour but when i applied it ,it took me 2 days to get it done. CIMB is so lousy and gave me wrong info!
If you want to bring cash also ok but not that safe. Remember to exchange $ 300 - $400 before go there. DO NOT go to airport or NZ to do exchange. They charged me so high of service charge.

4)Insurance : Can buy travel guard
